ONCE YOU’VE ORDERED

Congratulations on choosing your keepsake! Now it’s time to send us your milk. 

On your storage bag, write your full name (the same name that you used on your online order) and the invoice number. Please write this with permanent marker so it doesn’t rub off. 

 

 Package your inclusions as followed 

We require approx 30 ml per 1 - 3 pieces - 
Pack your fresh, frozen or refrigerated milk into a breast milk storage bag, fold and tape the top, then place into a secondary breast milk bag, seal, and label with your name.
We ask you don’t send in cooler boxes or with ice packs as it’s unnecessary due to your milk not being consumed, it will remain perfect for preserving your keepsake jewellery upon arrival.

Place your items within a padded mailer.

We advise using a small padded envelope which is bubble lined inside. You can purchase these from your local post office. Please don't send in boxes.

It’s up to you to choose - Tracked, non tracked, express, registered etc.
Please don't purchase postage insurance for your materials - All human materials i.e milk, hair etc are non insurable.
