DO I NEED TO SEND FRESHLY PUMPED MILK?

Definitely not! As long as the milk isn’t mouldy, it can be used. This means if the milk is frozen, it can be years old.

DO I NEED TO SEND THE MILK FROZEN?

No, it doesn’t have to be frozen! If you would like to send it frozen, that’s okay. It will defrost in transit. However, that won’t effect the milk by the time it reaches me.

HOW DO I FIND OUT MY RING SIZE?

If you’re buying for yourself, you can go to a jeweller and they will measure your finger. If you’re buying for someone else and don’t want them knowing try borrowing a ring you know they wear and take it to a jeweller to find out the size of it. You can also purchase ring sizers online to do it yourself at home.

WHAT DO I SEND THE MILK IN?

I recommend sending in breastmilk storage bags, which can be purchased from your local Woolies or chemist. It’s best to double or triple bag incase it leaks. Zip lock bags tend to leak so I don’t recommend using them.

HOW MUCH MILK DO I NEED TO SEND?

If possible, 30ml. I know this isn’t possible for everyone, so 15ml is the minimum I can work with.

HOW DO I SEND THE MILK?

Once you have sealed it in your storage bag, take it to the post office and ask for a satchel. It’s up to you if you send express or regular.

WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?

We recommend that the jewellery isn’t exposed to long periods of time in water, eg swimming, showering or washing dishes. Sterling Silver does require to be cleaned with a polish cloth from time to time. For more information please see our 'Jewellery Care' page

HOW DO YOU KNOW WHO’S MILK IT IS WHEN IT ARRIVES?

When you’ve bagged your milk you will write your name and order number in permanent marker on the storage bag.
